Surrounded by their favorite people, they spent the day soaking in every moment and celebrating in a way that felt completely true to who they are. Their day was classic, colorful, and full of laughter, with the perfect lakeside backdrop for two people who love spending time on the water.
The celebration that followed matched their energy perfectly. Once the music started, these two never left the dance floor and spent the night celebrating right alongside their family and friends, making the sweetest start to married life!

Over the last 15 years of documenting my couples on the best day of their lives, I’ve met so many amazing people who quickly turned into friends. I hope that can be our story, too.
On the rare occasion that I’m not capturing a special moment, you can catch me spending my time with an incredible man who makes me laugh until I cry. I also tend to believe that a house is not a home until paw prints paint the floors. And admittedly, I cry at most movies, especially the romantic ones. Editing days consist of Dr. Pepper and take-out, while days off require country drives and visiting local wineries to listen to live music and take in a golden sunset. Hands down, it’s one of the best parts about Central Illinois.
